Xtreme Brands is a platform of franchise brands focused on fitness and wellbeing.
Currently, over 100 modern clubs operate across Poland under the Xtreme Fitness Gyms brand, primarily located in smaller cities. The Xtreme Brands portfolio also includes four innovative developmental spaces for children (Xtreme KiDS), which promote physical activity through play. By the end of 2027, the network is expected to expand to over 300 Xtreme Fitness Gyms clubs (reaching 450 locations by 2029) and approximately 50 Xtreme KiDS clubs (exceeding 120 locations by 2029). In parallel, new high-potential franchise concepts will be actively developed. With the support of bValue, Xtreme Brands aims to build the largest franchise network of fitness clubs and developmental spaces for children in the CEE region.

The PLN 43 million investment will accelerate the expansion of the Xtreme Brands network across Poland and Central-Eastern Europe. The partnership with bValue also aims to support the brand in its digitalization process, which will enhance data utilization efficiency in network management.

Maciej Balsewicz, Founder & Managing Partner bValue Fund commented:

“In the investment community, a strong service-based franchise is often compared to Software-as-a-Service in the software world. Both models are scalable, generate recurring revenues, and rely on standardized systems  –  factors that naturally attract investor interest. Moreover, the more satisfied franchisees there are, the greater the pool of potential new partners interested in joining the system. We are deeply impressed by the pace of growth at Xtreme Brands and the results achieved by the franchisees of Xtreme Fitness Gyms and Xtreme KiDS. With our financial and strategic support, both franchise systems will continue to grow dynamically, establishing category leaders in the CEE region”.

Commenting on the fund’s involvement in the development of Xtreme Brands, Łukasz Dojka, Founder & Chairman of the Board at Xtreme Brands, said:

“Our collaboration with the bValue Fund will allow us to fully unlock our potential. We have set ambitious yet entirely achievable goals – one of which is to become the largest fitness and wellbeing franchise network in Central and Eastern Europe by 2030. Our strength lies in our ability to build strong and profitable businesses in carefully selected locations, while maintaining a partnership-driven approach with our franchisees. We respond to the needs of diverse target groups – by expanding our network of modern training clubs and creating innovative spaces for children that combine physical activity, education, and play”.
