We are very pleased to announce that Hostersi has acquired 100% of shares in TIDK, one of the leaders of the Data Science and AI market in Poland. This is another stage of the strategy, pursued together with the management board, of building a strong, specialised technology group.
The Combined Group
Combining Cloud, Data and AI competences creates an organisation operating end-to-end:
- approx. 400 clients and several million end users
- a full portfolio of AWS and Microsoft solutions
- coverage of the entire stack – from infrastructure and data architecture to AI models and 24/7/365 maintenance
Our Strategy
For us, this confirms the strategy we have been consistently pursuing with the Hostersi management board for years – scaling the organisation into new markets and building a leadership position by expanding competences into today’s key areas of Data and AI.
