Parens is a Polish group of fertility clinics specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. For 20 years, the company has been supporting couples on their path to parenthood, offering comprehensive care, from diagnostics and insemination to in vitro fertilisation, genetic counselling and fertility preservation.
Parens operates clinics in Kraków, Rzeszów and Opole, as well as a clinic in Lviv, Ukraine. The team has grown to more than 90 specialists, and the company participates in Poland’s state-funded IVF programme, making advanced fertility treatment accessible to a wider group of patients.
The EUR 7.05 million investment from the bValue Growth fund marks bValue’s first investment in the healthcare sector. As part of the transaction, bValue Growth acquired a majority stake in the Parens Group. The partnership aims to support Parens in further developing its network of clinics, strengthening operational standards and building a leading fertility care platform in Poland.
